✨ Refund & Return Policy – Store Credit or Gift Card Only
Our goal is to make every purchase a joyful one! Because our products are handcrafted with care, we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment under any circumstances.
If something isn’t right with your order, we offer store credit or a digital gift card for eligible returns. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To Be Eligible:
- Item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping on all non-damaged, non-defective items.
- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and we’ll provide a free return shipping label.
Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved and received, you will receive store credit or a digital gift card via email. This credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale or closeout items
- Used/opened products
- Gift cards
- Custom items
- Items returned after 14 day
- Items not in original packaging

If you need a different item, the best way is to request store credit and place a new order using that credit.
