🕒 Order Cancellation Policy

 

At Scentify Essence, we work hard to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible — often within hours of receiving them. Because of this, we are unable to guarantee cancellations once an order has been placed.


🚚 Orders Already in Progress or Shipped:

 

If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

However, once your package is delivered, you are welcome to initiate a return for store credit only (customer is responsible for return shipping).

📝 To Request a Cancellation:

 

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request.

To check the status or submit a cancellation request, please contact us immediately at scentifyessence@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.


💡 Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are processed ahead of official stock arrival. You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled by emailing us. Once fulfilled or shipped, the order follows our standard cancellation policy above.
