Scentify Essence Private Label & White Label Policy


At Scentify Essence, we offer private label and white label services to help businesses create luxury scented products with ease. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order. All services will require an additional set up fee and/or custom fee charge.

 


White Label Services


White labeling allows clients to brand Scentify Essence’s existing products and signature scents with their own business identity.

 

Labeling Options:

1. Scentify Essence Label Design

  • Customer responsible for providing their own labels for “White Label “ orders.
  • Custom label design and printing are available for an additional charge for  orders.



2. Client-Provided Labels

Products will be shipped unlabeled, and the client is responsible for applying labels after delivery.

 

Additional Notes:


  • A one-time white label setup fee applies to all new white label orders.
  • Any changes requested after the original agreement will incur additional custom charges and setup fees.
  • White label does not include custom scents or vessels.


Private Label Services


Private labeling allows for a fully customized product, including custom scents, vessels, and branding.


Labeling Options:


  • Clients may provide their own labels, or we can design and print them for an additional fee.
  • A custom fee applies to all private label orders, and all fees must be paid in full upfront before production begins.

Additional Fees and Order Requirements


  • All private label and white label services require a one-time setup fee and/or custom fee, depending on the project.
  • Minimum order: 15 candles ( mix and match options) ; available candle sizes may vary.
  • Candle prices: Vary depending on size, scent, and customization.
  • Scent options: Vary depending on product line and availability.

     


     Payment, Cancellation & Refunds

    • No refunds are issued once services are ordered and production begins.

    • No cancellations are accepted after payment, as production begins immediately.

    • Replacement Policy: If products arrive defective or damaged, photo proof must be provided. Scentify Essence will review and, if approved, offer a replacement. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.


    Shipping & Liability


    • Scentify Essence is not responsible for any damage caused during shipping.

    • Exceptions may be made only if approved in advance by Scentify Essence.

    • Clients choosing to provide their own labels will receive products unlabeled and are responsible for handling labels and any shipping-related issues.


    Production & Turnaround

     

    • Production begins immediately upon receipt of full payment.

    • Turnaround time varies depending on order size, customization, and peak production periods.

    • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.



    Quality Guarantee

    • Scentify Essence guarantees the quality of all products we manufacture.

    • Customizations, client-provided labels, or changes made after agreement are the client’s responsibility.
